Names, Addresses, Emails and Contact Number.
When you book with me you will be asked for your Name, Address, Email and contact number. This is for the following and following only.
Name & Address - to send out allergy patch test and forms to fill out before you arrive at your appointment. This is to make sure you get the maximum time with me and the best from your appointment slot.
Emails - I use your email to notify you of appointment confirmations, appointment cancellations, reminders of appointments 48hrs prior to your appointment & follow a follow up email to thank you and offer any aftercare a few days after any appointment. I also use your email address (if you opt in to subscribe) to send you any up and coming free appointment slots or cancellation appointments that might be available and of interest to you.
Contact Number - this is only every used if you cannot be contacted by email for appointment reminders and any emergency (for example if I was taken ill and not able to perform your treatment)
